A long time ago, in a land both everywhere and nowhere called “The World Wide Web”, two kids in their early thirties met. We talked about Mermaids and photography, Bob Ross, and sushi. When we finally decided to meet in person – through pints of Cave Ale and plates of everything fried – we discovered that we had crossed paths multiple times over the years but our meet-cute had to wait for kismet. Through rivers and roads and ups and downs, laughs turned to likes and likes into love …and lots of mixtapes… She became his Love and he became her Bee. 

TL;DR He liked she and she liked he and now they happily become “we”. 

On October 1st, 2021 Megan Krueger and Jeffrey Bell will become Mr. and Mrs. Bellini.

…the thing about Bellini…

In going through old documents, Jeff’s father came across his grandfather’s (Jeff’s Great-Grandfather) birth certificate. Shockingly, it was in Siscillian and the last name was written as “Bellini”. Embarking into deeper genealogical research, Jeff learned that his great-grandfather, Luigi Giannelli Bellini, came overseas from Sicily in the early 1900’s and like many immigrants in that time, changed his name to a shorter, simpler form to be able to find work. For many years Jeff has desired to change his last name back to the original form to honor his family that came before him.

Jeff and Megan are both thrilled to bring the traditional name into their present and future family, with Megan joining her maiden name of Krueger with her middle name of Maureen O’Brien, as many of the German women in her family’s history have done upon their nuptials, keeping their own history alive. 

Two cheers for the Bellinis!
